Any damage caused to your gear during air travel will be covered by UPPAbaby, please ensure you have registered your travel bag online prior to travelling. 

How It Works:

• Register your gear and travel bag on the UPPAbaby website

How To Make A Claim:

• Provide UPPAbaby the following information within 14 days of returning: Name, Address, Serial Number of gear and travel bag
• Image of damage
• Proof of travel with departure/return dates such as a boarding pass, baggage ticket or flight confirmation
• UPPAbaby will not replace if the airline has lost your gear
• Proof of purchase is required when you make a claim
